The hotel is situated in a peaceful area, but it takes a while to get to the city centre. the room was spacious and had a nice outdoor bathtub, perfect for unwinding after a long day. the staff was friendly and accommodating, catering to our special dietary requirements. the onsen facilities were well-maintained and provided a relaxing experience.
The lack of response from the hotel prior to our arrival made us wonder about their commitment to customer service.

There was a range of fruit juices and wines that were complimentary in the lobby, which was a delightful surprise. the hotel had a free hand massage device! To my surprise, there was also a toy set for kids. the hotel's location is just perfect, well-positioned in a quiet place but still close to the main city.
The food was ordinary for a hotel of its stature. the breakfast and dinner were not as exquisite as other Japanese hotels that I have had the pleasure of staying at in the past.

This hotel had an incredible location, just a short walk from numerous restaurants and tourist attractions. the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. We were also impressed with the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms, which were well-equipped with everything we needed to feel at home. One of the biggest perks for us was the onsen facilities, which were top-notch, providing a relaxing and rejuvenating experience after a long day of sightseeing.
The food served, which didn't quite compare to other Japanese hotels we've stayed in before. We found it to be a bit ordinary and unmemorable.

I had a great experience at the hotel. The staff made me feel welcome and spoke English well. They provided free drinks in the lounge, and the breakfast was delicious with a variety of local cuisine. The cleanliness was excellent, and the rooms had convenient amenities.
